More Scare House
This past weekend was a unique experience. I am participating in a Halloween haunted house attraction called The Scare House. The massive complex is a 20-minute walk-though adventure with terror behind every corner.
I play “The Killer Driller”,
a maniacal dentist who takes sadistic pleasure in performing unnecessary operations on the mouths of his victims. You can’t miss me when you see me and, when you do, don’t be afraid it’s perfectly safe.
The house is staffed by numerous colorful characters many of whom also participate in the Steel City Derby Demons. The lovely ladies of that organization help to add a dark flavor to the haunt that only they can.
I’d like to thank Chris for fixing my drill as I manage to break the thing constantly.
I’d also like to thank Jody for helping to coordinate the efforts of the team in my area into a terrifyingly organized machine of perfect horror.
I’d like to thank Hurricane Heather for being a wonderful conversationalist and enduring my incoherent ramblings through my thick mask.
I’d like to thank Don
for making my makeup the scariest it can possibly be
I’d like to thank Jennifer
for building a costume to fit my 6 foot 5 inch body.
I’d like to thank Wally
for helping me with the makeup and insuring I had Advil for the rough nights.
There were all sorts of fantastic visitors to The Scare House this past weekend. We had a number of people crawling on the ground nearly paralyzed from fright. We made at least one girl wet her pants. If you get the chance, come visit us Thursdays through Sundays for a fun and frightening experience. More to come on the people who made this venue possible.
